高血压不能吃什么食物

高血压是有很多的饮食禁忌的,下面的十种食物,对于我们一般人来说,其实是很平常的食物的,但是对于高血压患者来说,这些食物最好是不吃的,因为这些食物会让我们的血压升高的,下面一起来看看。

  1、高热能食物

  高热能食物(葡萄糖、蔗糖、巧克力等)可诱发肥胖,肥胖者高血压发病率比正常体重者高。高血压患者多合并有超重或肥胖。所以,本病患者饮食上应限制高热能食物。

  2、多盐食物

  食盐的主要成分是氯化钠,钠溜留可引起细胞外液增加,心排出量增多,血压上升。因此,高血压患者应限制盐量的摄入。

  3、浓茶

  高血压病患者忌饮浓茶,尤其是忌饮浓烈红茶。因为红茶中所含的茶碱最高,可以引起大脑兴奋、不安、失眠、心悸等不适,从而使血压上升。而饮清淡绿茶则有利于高血压病的治疗。

  4、辛辣食物

  辛辣和精细食物可使大便干燥难排,易导致大便秘结,患者排便时,会使腹压升高,血压骤升,诱发脑出血,所以高血压患者禁用辛辣和精细食物。

  5、酒

  饮酒可使心率增快,血管收缩,血压升高,还可促使钙盐、胆固醇等沉积于血管壁,加速动脉硬化。大量、长期饮酒,更易诱发动脉硬化,加重高血压。因此高血压患者应戒酒。

  6、狗肉

  高血压病病因虽多,但大部分属阴虚阳亢性质,狗肉温肾助阳,能加重阴虚阳亢型高血压的病情。其他类型的高血压,或为肾阳虚,虚阳上扰,痰火内积,瘀血阻络等,食用狗肉或躁动浮阳或加重痰火或助火燥血,均与病情不利。所以不宜食用。

  7、动物蛋白质

  高血压病患者应限制或禁用动物蛋白(如动物肝脏、蛋类)的摄入,因蛋白质代谢产生的有害物质,可引起血压波动。平常饮食可选用高生物价优质蛋白,如鱼肉、牛奶等。某些蛋白(如氨基乙黄酸、酪氨酸等)有降压作用。

  8、肉类

  这类食品含脂肪高,虽然是高蛋白,但饱和脂肪酸含量很高,容易造成血液中血脂过高,诱发冠心病。

  9、重口味饼干

  像番薯、干豆类容易导致胀气的食品,高血压患者还是少吃为妙,另外味道浓重的饼干,由于糖盐含量过高,因此还是少吃。

  10、鸡汤

  鸡汤的营养价值很高,而多喝鸡汤又会使胆固醇和血压增高。因此,鸡汤不能盲目地作为病人的营养品,特别是患有高血压的人,不宜喝鸡汤。否则只会进一步加重病情,对身体有害无益。


高血压不能吃什么食物

大家都知道高血压患者饮食有禁忌,那么高血压患者不恩给你吃什么食物?医生指出,高血压平时一日三餐,饮食原则为:低盐、低脂、低热量,少甜、少酒、少饮茶。以下介绍具体不能食用的食物。
高血压患者不能吃的食物:

1、高血压患者不能吃油腻和辛的食物。常见的辛辣食物有葱、大蒜生姜芥末韭菜辣椒桂皮八角洋葱等,高血压患者尤其不能食用辣椒。辣椒属于热性食物,倘若高血压患者有发热、便秘、疼痛等症状,食用辣椒后会加重症状,抵消降压药物起到的疗效。

2、少吃太咸的食物。每日进盐控制在2-5克以内。因为食盐能使小动脉痉挛,血压升高,并促使小动脉硬化过程加快。食盐过多,还容易使水钠在体内潴而引起水肿。

3、少吃动物脂肪、不食动物内脏等。

4、忌长期食用高胆固醇食物。高血压病患者要控制富含胆固醇的动物脂肪和其他食物(如蛋黄、动物内脏、鱼籽蟹黄墨鱼等)。

5、少量喝茶。茶叶中含有少量茶、黄嘌呤,其利尿作用对治疗高血压病有利。茶叶中的维生素等能防止动脉硬化。但饮茶过多又会引起兴奋不安、失眠、悸。故不可多饮。

6、少量饮用低度酒如啤酒葡萄酒黄酒等,可扩张血管,活血通络。但忌饮烈性酒,更不能酗酒。
另外,高血压患者要忌烟,香烟中的尼古丁,能刺激心脏和血管,使血压升高,加速动脉样硬化的形成。上面提到的都是高血压患者不能吃的食物,而高血压病人的饮食以清淡为主,宁素勿荤,宁淡勿浓,宁饥勿饱,生活上做到调情志,益肾精,慎饮食。

2、 炒锅置于火上,倒入植物油,待油烧至五成热,放入腰果烧熟,盛出。

3、 原锅留底油烧至七成熟,加葱花和姜末炒香,倒入虾仁翻炒片刻,然后放入炒熟腰果翻炒均匀,用盐和味精调味即可。

  按摩法:端坐在椅子上,用手掌按摩百会穴,每次按顺时针方向和逆时针方向各按摩50圈,每日2-3次,可以疏通经络,提升督脉的阳气。

  叩击法:用右空心掌轻轻叩击百会穴,每次10下,可以保持心情舒畅,解除烦恼。

  2.涌泉穴——脚后跟到脚趾的0.618处是涌泉穴,在脚心。

  方法:取自然体位、仰卧位或俯卧位,用自己双脚作相互交替的对搓动作,可也用脚心蹬搓床头或其他器械。

  3.关元穴——脚底到头顶的0.618处为关元穴,在肚脐下四横指处。


  关元穴是小肠的募穴,小肠之气结聚此穴并经此穴输转至皮部,是养生吐纳吸气凝神的地方。中医认为,关元穴具有培元固本、补益下焦之功。

  按揉关元穴,可以调节内分泌。改善长斑、长痘痘的状况。

  注意不可以过度用力,按揉时只要局部有酸胀感即可。受寒引发的痛经,热敷此穴也有很好的效果。

  4.印堂穴——从下巴算起,位于头部0.618处为印堂穴,在两眉连线的中点。

  印堂穴是经外奇穴之一,中医认可的主要功用是清头明目,通鼻开窍。

   揪印堂穴可以有效缓解鼻部干燥,使鼻腔内的黏液分泌增加,保持鼻腔的湿润,还可预防鼻出血、鼻炎以及感冒等疾病。

  方法:用屈曲的拇指和食指轻轻地揪印堂穴,并作轻柔和缓的揉动,以局部感觉发麻、发胀为宜。一般揪揉2分钟。

  5.膻中穴——在人体的中间部分,躯干0.618处为膻中穴,在两乳头连线中间。

  膻中穴是心包经经气聚集之处,又是任脉、足太阴、足少阴、手太阳、手少阳经的交会穴,能理气活血通络,宽胸理气,止咳平喘。
现代医学研究也证实,刺激该穴可通过调节神经功能,有效治疗哮喘、胸闷、心悸、心烦、心绞痛等。特别是有乳腺问题的人,可以经常按揉此穴。

  每天按揉100下,时间约2~3分钟。想不开的事、闷气就这样揉散了,人会特别安宁、舒心。

睡眠黄金分割点:7.5小时

一天即一个昼夜24小时,如果将白昼和夜晚视为各12小时,按照黄金分割点定律,那么人最理想的睡眠时间刚好是夜晚12小时的0.618,约7.5小时。
