Does seed helps you to cure impotent, the answer is NO! 

You need to eat high cholesterol food live pig liver and sotong in order for your body to produce testosterone, the lack of it will make you impotent. Trust me, a lot of my friends who are in the 50s -60s after following my dieting plan can satisfy women(can go geylang if wife too ugly) at least 2 times per week!!
